Lets Get Fucking Social and Queer
Welcome to the most nakedly cruel section of this conservative manifesto, where women become second-class citizens, LGBTQ+ Americans get erased from legal existence, and religious discrimination gets rebranded as "liberty." This part of Project 2025 doesn't even pretend to be about governance – it's about imposing a narrow religious worldview on a diverse nation, consequences be damned.

Women Are Baby Factories…Not Humans
"Federal policy should... adopt a 'life begins at conception' policy across federal law, regulation, and programs." (p. 617)
Let's be crystal fucking clear about what this means: stripping women of reproductive autonomy and reducing them to walking incubators. This isn't about "protecting life" – it's about controlling women's bodies through government force. This radical position would criminalize many forms of birth control, ban abortion nationwide, and potentially criminalize miscarriages. It's not pro-life; it's anti-woman.
Who gets their lives destroyed? Any woman or girl who doesn't want to be pregnant. Rape victims forced to bear their attackers' children. Women with wanted pregnancies that threaten their health or lives. Low-income women without resources to travel for healthcare. In short, anyone with a uterus becomes subject to government control of their most intimate medical decisions.
Why does Vought push this reproductive dystopia? Because the modern conservative movement has abandoned any pretense of limited government when it comes to policing women's bodies. They've convinced themselves that their religious beliefs about when life begins should override women's bodily autonomy, medical expertise, and personal conscience. It's not governance – it's theocracy.
LGBTQIA+ Projections (See Part 6 & 7)
"The DOJ should withdraw the guidance and other materials that advance the novel theory that 'sex' encompasses 'gender identity' and update these materials to align with the proper meaning of sex discrimination." (p. 137)
Translation: Let's erase transgender Americans from legal existence with the stroke of a pen. This isn't just harmful policy – it's an attempt to legislate an entire group of people out of existence. The "proper meaning" bullshit is code for pretending decades of scientific and medical understanding of gender identity simply doesn't exist.
Who suffers? Transgender Americans who could be fired, evicted, or denied healthcare simply for existing. LGBTQ+ youth already experiencing disproportionate rates of suicide and homelessness. And ultimately, every American who values equality under the law regardless of gender identity or sexual orientation.
Vought champions this cruelty because the conservative movement has decided that transgender Americans are their new favorite political punching bag. Unable to openly attack gay and lesbian Americans without looking like the bigots they are, they've shifted to targeting trans people – especially vulnerable trans youth. It's not about….
